It is therefore necessary to have registered TradingView account.
The subscribers are advised to understand the Sigma-Line Trading System by studying the concepts and instructions before using it in practice. The study material is provided on our website.
The decisions of buying or selling are solely taken by the subscribers and the vendors are not directly or indirectly responsible for the gains or losses of the subscribers.
The vendors shall not be responsible for any disturbances caused to the functioning of TradingView.
Sigma-Line Trading software application is exclusively marketed by Onli-Global Mark. Legal name of merchant is Onli-Global Mark and payment should be made on this name.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the contract law, Information Technology Act 2000, 2008 & further rules & other laws of India without respect to its conflict of laws' provisions.
Disputes, if any, shall be attempted to be resolved amicably. Unresolved disputes shall be to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Thane Urban District.

Subscription once paid shall not be refunded.
It's our discretion whether to accept or deny subscription.
Subscription paid will be refunded in case of denial of access.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any causes whatsoever, and regardless of the form of action (whether liability arises due to negligence or other torts, breach of contract, violation of statute, misrepresentation, or for any other reason), will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for using any Services giving rise to the cause of action or ₹one thousand only (₹1000), whichever is lesser.
